I use a person-centred approach, which creates a safe, non-judgemental counselling environment where I support the client to resolve his or her own problems. I use the RISEUP model for supervision of ACA counsellors.
I am a counsellor specialiing in grief & loss, child parenting, relationship & conflict management and issues related to anxiety, stress, self-esteem, anger management and depression. I am a level 2 member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) and a Supervisor.
